August Yoga Schedule online with new classes!

We gave some wonderful new teachers and classes for your yoga practice whether you are a beginner or more advanced student.

Claudia, the Founder or Serendip Spa is back teaching an earlier Tuesday class. Her classes are geared towards stress relief with a strong focus on relaxation techniques and ways to keep your body, mind and emotions in balance.

We are so excited to welcome a fabulous new yoga teacher, Christina to our team. Christina is German and offers a more dynamic yoga class incorporating her backgrounds in Kundalini, and Iyengar yoga to offer a truly well-rounded and personalised class.

August's schedule is a little different to take into account the holidays and Giuseppe will be back with us in September.

2 minute lunchtime calm

In the middle of a busy day? Take 2 minutes to switch off the outside world and switch on the inner world. Close your eyes, exhale out all your stress and allow the inhale to naturally follow.
