2 minute daily practice

Whether its 2 minutes a day or 10 minutes twice a day, make a daily practice to just breathe and be with yourself. 

Close your eyes and centre your heart, exhale out all stress, inhale peace. Exhale from the belly and notice how the inhale naturally follows.  There is nothing to do. Breathe in, breathe out.

Scientists have proven that there is a concrete shift in brain activity with just a 20 minute daily practice of meditation.  Start small...even with 2 minutes a day, you will notice the difference.
 
The length of time does not matter, the daily practice does.
