Energy Booster

When you are feeling a little low, try lying on the floor (or in bed) and rocking backwards and forwards on your heels, as though you are trying to touch your toes to the ground.  the rocking motion will work from the back of your head down to your heels.  Practice rocking for about a minute and then lie still and feel and observe the energy moving throughout the body.  This is an excellent pick-me-up and works specifically on the kidney meridian.
